Frequency-extension options add coherent coverage from 0.1 Hz to 20 GHz, while standard GPIB control, list/agility modes, and user flatness correction streamline automated test setups. Refurbished units can be supplied with recent calibration and required options to reduce CAPEX without sacrificing performance.
